In the rare event of a technical glitch where your payment is successfully deducted from your bank account but the test is not unlocked in your dashboard, please do not panic. Contact us immediately at our support email with your Payment ID and Registered Email. We will manually verify the payment and unlock the respective test for you within 24 hours.
